2-60 [Radicalization of police directors]: Political operations conducted to pursue their ideal

The Japanese police intelligence has dominated a domestic espionage intel, even they failed to build their international branch. At the same time, they have possessed the electromagnetic capability to manipulate the Japanese political direction.

This covert group consists of the intelligence officers including retired, though the number of them should be lower than a hundred. It means they could not operate the electromagnetic operation by their own, which is conducted by their subordinated officers.

There is a covert team in the police intelligence to handle their assets, which has had several names, but nowadays it is called as zero, the zeroth squad of the intelligence division. Their mission is to convert the left extremist to their asset and to run the covert operation. In this sense, their job description is basically the same as a CIA field agent.

In the Japanese system, a director candidate is separately recruited from the ordinary police officer, hence this covert team is totally controlled by the certain line of intelligence officers.

This covert team is provided an electromagnetic capability, which means their leading directors are more like CIA assets. Even if not, they are extremely close to the CIA Tokyo branch office. It is the only reason why the electromagnetic wave has been not noticed by the police director general and the prime minister.

The point here is why they ran this covert operation to suck them down in 2000, as their move was too political, which should have been motivated by the political ideal.

Their political goal should have been nearly a socialism, basically sharing the same view with the left extremist in Japan. They tried their revolution to use the electromagnetic wave to manipulate many politicians. The same political view has been still seen amongst the police intelligence division, partially still affected by their retired leaders.

The majority of the left extremist sympathizers have retired already, but their successors have still harshly conducted a sabotage operation to win their power struggle. They are not left tilted, but they are quite authoritarians to follow and pursue the power.

The socialism and authoritarianism are not contradictory each other. The freedom is an enemy of the authoritarian and socialist, but they are in a league of ideologies to follow the rule determined by someone special.

They basically can be teamed up together to control the government, which has been the case for the Japanese intelligence and their left extremist assets. As a matter of fact, some of the intelligence leaders had trusted the extremist more than their subordinates, when it was politicized toward the left. That is why the left extremist has had an electromagnetic capability to run a covert operation along with the intelligence officers.

There are other groups to handle this operation which is the CIA asset, though they are not totally separated to these groups, as these police ranking officers are CIA assets in the end.

2-57-1 [Japanese intelligence politicization]: Ranking police officers were originally radicalized to the left during their 60s

The Japanese police intelligence was politicized at some point. The authoritarian oppression has been problematic enough, but it is not political, philosophically. The actual Japanese intelligence has had their political direction, which has been more than just being authoritative.

The Japanese politics had had a stable system until the early 1990s for almost forty years, the ruling liberal democratic party against the minor socialist. However, the LDP was divided around that time due to several corruption cases.

Looking at the detail of those events, there was no sign of the police intelligence, surprisingly, which meant they were not politicized yet. Other police divisions were involved in this investigation and there was no room for the intelligence.

In the late 1990s, the internal system called as “IS” was established in the police department. It is a process to gather all the information related to security, politics and even ordinary criminal tips sending up to a director of the police intelligence, eventually to the director general.

As a result, the police intelligence could handle more political information to manipulate the politics and politicians. There is another crucial technology which is an electromagnetic wave. This technology was hidden even to the other police divisions, which was how the intelligence had ruled this power.

Although, these capabilities did not make them politicized, which meant the politicization should have been a result of the external reason, not from the internal structure.

The most probable answer is an extension of their student movement, tilted toward the left extremist in Japan. The vast majority of the ranking officers had graduated from the university of Tokyo, the top school in Japan. They passed a senior exam for the director candidate when they were students and hired at the police department. I assumed they hired around thirty graduates every year, even at the time of rising student movement.

It basically meant that the police should have hired some of the left extremists leaned graduates as a director candidate. It was a story of 1960s and 1970s, but they were actually able to rule a critical intelligence position in 1990s and 2000s.

Researching a background of the senior intelligence officers, some of them have actually affected by the communism and socialism in those days. They have been believed not being radicalized to the left for decades, but they got the power in the end to utilize it to their ideology.

That was why the police intelligence was politicized especially toward the left extremist and I had much evidence for that direction.

2-46 [Police chief background]: A disposable non-elite director

The local police chief was not originally hired as a directorate candidate but he was recommended to become one of the officers working for the national police organization. He started his career from a small police substation, though spending most of the time at the police intelligence.

There were multiple information for the further analysis, beginning with whether he knew the electromagnetic wave or not. This device was introduced to the Japanese police intelligence at latest in 1980s, which was just known to the limited number of officers until 2010s.

If he worked for a covert team at the police intelligence, its odd should be increased that he had already known its capability. I am not sure at this point yet. All I recognized was that this technology was only used by the single line of officers, who have controlled this device unnoticeable to other colleagues even at the police department.

It implies that the intelligence director could have sent his members directly to my region without notice to the other parties. The issue was which was better to command an operation by the same person or not. The fact was that the electromagnetic wave was not necessarily connected to the local operation conducted by its chief. He ran a covert operation and formal investigation, but less likely related to the electromagnetic manipulation.

He was not a graduate of the University of Tokyo. The vast majority of the police ranking officers are dominated by the graduates from this school. He was even not a directorate candidate passing the advanced exam. This is a test for the student to be hired as a ranking candidate of the Japanese government and there are 20-30 students hired for the police every year, against 300,000 officers, expectedly hiring 20,000-30,000 every year as a new grad.

This small circle is a core of the police ranking officers, though this chief in charge was not one of them. There were just three of them in the past and two of them were used for my operation.

As you can see, even if he was not related to the electromagnetic wave, he conducted an illegal covert operation against me, hence once this was revealed like this, he was one to be blamed.

The point was that he was chosen to run this unacceptable operation as a disposable. The ranking officers behind this decision noticed a possibility of the revelation and placed him in charge.

This also indicated that these police directors knew what they were doing was wrong, which was why they decided to deploy the disposable.

I am still wondering why they did not confront a wrongdoing of the police department but treating their guilty conscious in this way. They had known that there were many tortures and assassinations originally. They should fight against the corruption in the police department if they are smart enough to be hired as directorate candidates.

As a result, I knew there were many ranking officers deported due to this operation, but the corruption was not halted yet. They should make this mended. No one cannot leave untouched if they were involved in the criminal activities and this chief also should admit his illegal behavior even if it was an order from the director general.
